I don't know if the food is up to it's usual standards but the atmosphere and cleanliness have taken a nose dive. I said, "thank you, we're leaving." Apparently Olive Garden is trying to capitalize on it's "to go" service as you are now greeted with a bright digital menu and a tacky white tile "wall" for that service as you walk on. There was food all over the floor as well. It looked as if an army of toddlers had commanded it. I was about to ask for clean silver when I picked up the menu and got whatever brown sticky substance was all over it on my hands! Gross! I asked to be seated elsewhere and was shown to a booth with seats covered in food. When I unwrapped my silverware, both forks had food stuck on them. Did you think we needed extra light to see? Why on earth would you have these high intensity lights over the table? Not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere more appropriate for map reading. Secondly, the high intensity lights above us where shining right in our eyes. adults in an alcove with two families with children. First of all, don't seat two middle aged. I hadn't visited in over two months and was absolutely disgusted by what I found today (). I have visited this particular Olive Garden many times in the past and was always pleased with food and service.
