Students must schedule adequate time to finish the test at least 30 minutes prior to Library closing. The student must speak to the staff person who has agreed to be the proctor and schedule a time to take the test. The student is responsible for calling The City Library to verify that the test has arrived. It is the student's responsibility to contact the institution mailing the test and provide the name of the proctor. Staff will only sign proctoring verifications when the conditions were met.Tests that are mailed to The City Library should be addressed to the individual staff member who has agreed to proctor the test. It is the student's responsibility to verify that the requirements of the educational institution can be followed before arranging to have the test mailed. Students must contact the desired Library location at least three full days prior to the desired test date.
